1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Audiq (“the Service”), operated by Audiq (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Audiq is a website auditing platform that scans web pages for performance, accessibility, SEO, and security issues. The Service includes a web dashboard, CLI tool, MCP server, and Pulse real user monitoring SDK.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scan websites you do not own or have permission to test
  • Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks
  • Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities discovered by scans
  • Resell or redistribute scan results without permission
  • Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting

5. Data and Privacy

Scan results, screenshots, and site data are stored in our database. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Pulse RUM Data

When you install the Pulse SDK on your website, it collects anonymized real user metrics including Core Web Vitals, click positions, and JavaScript errors from your visitors. You are responsible for disclosing this data collection to your users in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled scans and alerts are provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Audiq engine is open source under the MIT License. The web dashboard, branding, and premium features are proprietary. Your scan data belongs to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues discovered or missed by scans.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
